If you clock in and out of work using SMART eR, you may run into this problem.


Having the SMART eR Clock App installed on the device you are using will prevent you from being able to see the "Continue to SMART eR" button when you use the time clock.


According to SMART eR: "If the continue to eR button is not available that means the employee is using the app, not the full eR url.  The app is only for clocking in and out, it does not have the full functionality that the website does.  If the employee wants to submit timeoff requests or view paystubs they cannot use the app.  If the button is not appearing when using a computer that means the app was downloaded to the computer, it will need to be uninstalled from that device."
